On 19 December 2025, our university hosted a debate on one of the most profound topics in modern psychiatry: “Schizophrenia and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)”.

Participants conducted a detailed analysis and discussed:

1. Etiology and mechanisms of development (pathogenesis);
2. Modern approaches to disease classification;
3. The subtleties of differential diagnosis;
4. Methods of prevention and rehabilitation.

Particular attention was paid to issues of inclusion and combating stigmatisation. Students discussed how to break down barriers and create an inclusive environment for people with mental disabilities. 

The debates were heated! The students showed incredible enthusiasm, deep knowledge and the ability to defend their point of view with reasoned arguments.

At the end of the meeting, the most active participants were awarded certificates.
